Starknet x Denarii Labs
Scale on Ethereum with zero compromises
Denarii Labs is partnering with the Starknet ecosystem to invest in and accelerate startups building on Ethereum’s most powerful ZK-Rollup. From DeFi and gaming to AI agents and infrastructure — build with unlimited scale, low costs, and Ethereum-grade security.
Why build on Starknet?
Starknet is a Validity-Rollup (ZK-Rollup) Layer 2 that operates on top of Ethereum. It bundles transactions into off-chain computed STARK proofs, then submits them to Ethereum as a single transaction — delivering massive throughput, sub-dollar fees, and true finality while inheriting Ethereum’s full security.
Unlike optimistic rollups, Starknet doesn’t rely on fraud proofs or challenge windows. Every state transition is mathematically verified. Combined with native account abstraction, the Cairo programming language, and the modular SN Stack, Starknet gives developers a uniquely powerful foundation for building the next generation of decentralized applications.

What you get
Frequently asked questions
Each project receives $100K in initial investment. Based on progress, projects may receive an additional $200K in follow-on funding. Terms are founder-friendly, structured as a SAFE or token warrant.
No. We welcome teams exploring Starknet as well as those already building with Cairo. Our mentors can help you evaluate whether Starknet is the right fit and guide migration from other ecosystems.
Cairo experience is helpful but not required. We’ll provide technical mentorship and connect you with Starknet developer resources, documentation, and the Cairo Book to get you up to speed.
The program is fully remote and runs 12 weeks. Expect 10–15 hours per week for mentor sessions, workshops, cohort calls, and independent work on tokenomics deliverables.
Graduates join our alumni network with continued access to mentors, investor introductions, and peer support. Many alumni return as mentors in future cohorts.
We typically accept 8–12 projects per cohort. We look for strong founding teams with a clear vision, a genuine need for tokenomics expertise, and a product with real traction or a compelling roadmap.
